At the American Wine Society conference in Las Vegas, Paul and I graduated from the 3-year wine judge training program. We were recognized in front of the whole society at the Grand Banquet.
We didn’t win any money gambling while in Las Vegas for the American Wine Society Conference, but Paul won a gold medal for his 2004 Maryland Chardonnay in the amateur winemaking competition! It’s a promising sign for the future of PSBrock Wines.
Jamin came to visit us Halloween weekend and we attended a party at one of the local wineries. As a group costume, we chose to go as a Meritage Blend (usually Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot). The costume was a big hit with the other winery employees at the party!
